Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your password and do not share account access. A business owner may operate one generated website per owner account.
Permitted use
- Use the service only for lawful matrimonial-community activity.
- Do not impersonate, deceive, harass, discriminate, scrape profiles or bypass access controls.
- Do not upload executable files, scripts, malware, unlawful content or another person’s private information without authority.
- Do not solicit payment through deception or resell protected member data.
Business-owner responsibility
Business owners are responsible for member moderation, profile approvals, accurate service descriptions, member refunds, lawful notices and responses to privacy or safety reports for their generated website.
Enforcement
MWMaker may restrict or close accounts that create security, legal, payment or safety risk. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided.
Policy changes
Features and policies may change for security, law or service improvement. The effective date identifies the current version.
