The initial seven-day trial is free and creates no refundable charge.
Eligible requests
Contact us within 7 days of a platform charge for a duplicate payment, incorrect amount or paid service that was not activated because of a verified technical failure.
Normally non-refundable
Used subscription time, completed services, member-to-business fees, voluntary cancellation after activation and losses caused by policy violations are normally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply. Each business owner is independently responsible for refunds charged to members through its generated website.
Send a refund request to admin@mwmaker.in with the business username, payment reference and date. Never send card credentials or passwords.
