Account identity and contact details; user-generated matrimonial profile content; photos and documents; messages and interests; subscription and payment records; app interactions; diagnostics; and device identifiers used for security or payment processing.
Why data is used
App functionality, account management, fraud prevention, security, support, payment reconciliation and legal compliance.
Protection
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed on the server. Android owner sessions are encrypted with Android Keystore. App backups and cleartext traffic are disabled.
Retention
Records are retained only while needed for service, security, disputes and applicable law. Restricted payment, fraud-prevention or deletion-audit records may remain after account deletion and are removed when their lawful retention period ends.
User control
Owners can correct personal details inside the app. Deletion is available both in-app and through the public web request page.
